Blocks 7607790 and 7607791 were transmitted at approximately 12:27 p.m. UTC on Friday.

The Terra blockchain resumed activity after a roughly nine-hour halt while validators sought a way out of the ongoing crisis.

The blockchain was halted at block 7607789 shortly after 3:00 UTC on Friday. Blocks 7607790 and 7607791 were then released at about 12:27 p.m.
Terra (LUNA) was at about US$0.008 and TerraUSD (UST) was at US$0.19 at the time of the network disruption. At the current time, the values are $0.00003 and $0.16, respectively, according to CoinMarketCap data.
