But Kevin O’Leary sees it differently. To Kevin, whether the bottom is in or not, should really not be the focus. O’Leary’s focus is the mid-term primaries. In O’Leary’s view, the midterm primaries will be a fantastic event for investors, as he believes that gridlock in legislation will occur for the next 2 years, which will provide investors an opportunity to make serious money.
